My Journey

Maymo's Fry was opened in the OEV in 2014. I am the 4th person to run this wagon. Ever since I can remember I have wanted to run my own restaurant and April, 2018, I made that dream a reality. I have always believed that if you treat your customers and staff right, that they in turn will treat you right. I have always loved to cook, and I have always said that my food tastes so good because I make it with Love. Lol. The burgers are made Fresh Daily. I do not use eggs or breadcrumbs in the mix. Just fresh minced garlic, grated onion and a lil of my secret burger spice. Don't mind saying that they were a huge hit last season. Our fries are cut fresh daily. Maymo's has unique character and charm inside. We have Daily Specials and I am always open to new ideas or suggestions. I even have a box for you to put them in.
