I have always loved to cook and feed people. I have wanted to have my own restaurant for as long as I could remember. Running a food truck was a little bit more that I bargained for but in 3 short years I have turned Maymo's into a great spot to stop by and grab some grub.

Troy Talbot

Cook, Front Window

This was Troy's first job and in 3 Season's he has flourished into a great cook. Just like his Nan. He unfortunately does not like working the front window, he did not inherit his Nan's people pleasing personality. Lol. And for some reason this kids burgers are even better than mine. Not quite sure how that happened as it is my recipe but damn he is good.

Kelsey Smith

Kelsey Smith was one of the first members of staff at MAYMO'S FRY. A true people person, they know that great service can make or break a business.
